Surveillance
There are 2 ways in observing a person or a group of individuals.
There is man to man and there is zone.
Man to man is used when you usually have a big team lets say 9 maybe and you are keeping an eye on three men. The trick is not to get to close and not to get to far (15-10 meters is a good distance) because if the person your tailing to happens to have training they'll spot you right away because there is a rule. "If you see a person three times that's a positive" you are being followed. This also applies to cars. This is also used in a crowded area
Each target will have his own tail from your team gathering intel. And since you have a big team you have the luxury to switch up, men or agents just to avoid being seen
The rest of the team will either secure the site and evaluate the info you will be sending if any
Zone- its usually the way to go. You won't run around, its simple, it won't hurt your feet and you can avoid being caught. Its also good if you have a small team and spy's usually work as a small team. Let's say there are 4 of you and you have to keep an eye on a meeting at a cafe.
Its a very good idea to make a triangle, surround the target as a team triangle. 100 feet away is usually good enough. As a rule one of the agents must have a high vantage point. Where he can see what is happening. This is the one see you on the movies.
